Pinot Noir- The Holy Grail of Wine is a true story of adversity, struggle and love between the toughest grape- Pinot Noir, and a man whose passion for Pinot Noir would stop at nothing in pursuit of her beauty.

Taunted by his addiction to Pinot Noir’s mysterious allure, John Saemann, an inexperienced wannabe Vintner, is drawn to the magic of Sonoma Mountain, where he pursues his own vision of the Holy Grail of Wine- Clouds Rest.

What John is unaware of is that he is about to encounter years of trials, tribulations and adversity in the vineyard and in the winery.

He takes the challenge of centuries to try the impossible and invests his soul and passion hoping his vineyard can leave a legacy in the world of fine Pinot Noir.

Lenny Kravitz was awarded France’s highest cultural award – the Legion of Honor. When Culture Minister Frederic Mitterrand presented him the award he told Lenny that he freed himself of the barriers between black and white sound. Lenny Kravitz said he was “particularly touched” to be decorated in France, a country that believed in him when he was misunderstood at home. GTG’s Will Harper directed Behind The Music episode for VH-1 featuring Lenny Kravitz.

Human rights activist and Nobel Peace Prize winner Desmond Tutu turns 80 today! I met Desmond Tutu when I was the senior producer for the 2006 Trumpet Awards where he received a prestigious Global Award. Two quotes that stuck in my mind and that I think about quite often are: “Without forgiveness there can be no future for a relationship between individuals or within and between nations.” and “Resentment and anger are bad for your blood pressure and your digestion.” I wonder what he will say today! – Will Harper
